Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1- 2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). We always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, but during busy periods this may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates
We offer a flat-rate shipping cost of £4.95 on all UK orders.
Orders over £70 qualify for free delivery — this will be automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Orders are sent via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by postal delays that are outside our control.

Order Tracking
Tracking is provided for selected services. If your order qualifies for tracking, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once it has been dispatched.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your delivery details when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
